Rosacea is a common skin condition that causes redness and visible blood vessels in your face. It may also produce small, red, pus-filled bumps. 1.Chamomile.
- Chamomile is a natural anti-inflammatory, so ‘‘Top 10 Home Remedies’’ recommends making a cold compress by placing 3 to 6 teabags in 3 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Remove the bags and put the tea in the refrigerator to chill.
- Once the tea is completely cold, soak a washcloth in the tea and wring it out.
- Place the cloth on the affected area for 15 minutes.
- Do this three to four times a day until you see an improvement.
2. Oatmeal.
- Another oldie but goodie, oatmeal is another anti-inflammatory and soothes the skin. ‘
- One Good Thing’’ says to take 1/2 cup of ground oats and mix it with 1/4 cup of water to make a paste.
- Put the paste on the rosacea and let it sit for 20 minutes before gently wiping off with a warm, wet cloth.
