  • OIL PULLING

This Ayurvedic method is great due to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It helps with the bad breath and removes the toxins.
Instructions
Swish a tbsp. of sesame oil through the teeth for 15 minutes and then spit it out and rinse your mouth with some water. Do this once per day for one month.


  • SEA SALT

The simplest method for treating this condition is rinsing your mouth with some warm water with salt. It will help you with the pain and reduce the inflammation.
Instructions
Put some salt in some warm water and swish one sip of it in the mouth for a few seconds. Spit the water out and repeat this 2-3 times per day.
  • ALOE VERA

It has healing and anti-inflammatory properties.
Instructions
Simply massage the affected area with some Aloe Vera gel and after 30 minutes wash your mouth.
